Youth Protection Training
Leaders need current YPT to see private details about Scouts.
For: Admins- Enter each leader's YPT expiration on People → Members (Edit).
- Leaders whose YPT is missing or expired keep using other tools, but lose private details, health form status and the message log until it's renewed. The app tells them why.
- Admins need current YPT too.
- Reminders go out 30 and 7 days before it expires. People → Reports → YPT aging lists everyone.
