Who can see what on the roster
The roster is open to members; contact details are opt-in; private details need YPT.
For: Everyone- Everyone in the troop sees names, patrols, ranks and positions.
- A family's phone and email show to other members only if that family opts in (Settings → Privacy).
- A Scout's own phone or email shows only to leaders.
- Birthdays, health form status and the message log are private details: only for leaders whose position allows it, with current YPT and two-step sign-in.
- Payment and form status never appear on the member roster.
