Family balances and paying

Event costs and dues add up on one family balance. Families pay it online or in person.

For: Families and treasurer

Sign-ups, dues and charges raise the family balance; payments and credits lower it. Families see their balance and history on Family and pay on Pay.

Card payments are for at least 50 cents and never more than what's owed.
The payment goes to the family this troop bills, even if the parent is also in another unit.

Cash or check

The treasurer records it on Money → Record cash or check. It shows in the family's history marked as manual.
